Wood-fired doner kebab from the open kitchen. Lamb galouti on saffron bread. Beetroot hummus with feta-stuffed pita. The bar opens slow — one Spring Fling at a time, then ten — and the terrace becomes the room everyone remembers.

Saturday night, the resident DJ takes the floor and Bohca becomes the place South Delhi wanted to be. Bottle service to the booth, sparklers if it's your night, last call at half past two, doors close at three.

Doors open at noon. The whole menu, à la carte. An acoustic trio in the corner. Four seatings — twelve, one, two, three — and the last guest leaves at four, sun-soaked, late, happy.
